  1. Notify your employer or immediate supervisor about the accident<\/li>\n
  2. Seek prompt medical attention, even if the injury appears minor. Your healthcare professional will provide you with a medical certificate that will be used to justify your absence from work, if necessary, and to open your file with the CNESST (the provincial commission for standards, equity, health and safety at work). Depending on your condition, your doctor may recommend physiotherapy, occupational therapy and\/or acupuncture treatments.<\/li>\n
  3. Complete the CNESST worker's claim.<\/a><\/li>\n
