It\u2019s a vibrant culture, brought to life every day by the 600 members of our network\u2014each with their own background, personality, and reality.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past year, <strong>Groupe PhysioExtra<\/strong> has strengthened its commitment to fostering a human and enriching workplace culture, focused on innovation and individual well-being. To support our growth, we took a proactive step in shaping this unique culture through several concrete initiatives, including the creation of a <strong>Chief Culture Officer<\/strong> role and the launch of two flagship initiatives: the <strong>Culture Camp<\/strong> and the <strong>Culture Book<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>The role of the Chief Culture Officer<\/h3>\n<p>The<strong> Chief Culture Officer\u2019s<\/strong> mission is to nurture and sustain an environment where every member of Team-X feels valued, heard, and supported. This role is vital in inspiring our collective commitment to the values and principles that bring us together\u2014such as mutual support, active listening, and our passion for excellence in rehabilitation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur culture is much more than a work environment\u2014it\u2019s our shared compass. It guides our decisions, inspires our actions, and fuels our ambition to redefine rehabilitation standards. By redefining our cultural pillars, we\u2019ve clarified<strong> 14 core fundamentals<\/strong> that embody our renewed vision\u2014one born from the growth of Team-X\u2014and inspired new, concrete initiatives that enrich our foundational practices.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/physioextra.ca\/en\/culture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit our Culture page to learn more about our fundamentals and download the Culture Book.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Training our leaders with the Culture Camp<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" style=\"width: 334px; height: auto; margin: 0 20px; max-width: 100%; float: right;\" src=\"https:\/\/physioextra.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo-nouvelle-culture-en.jpg\" alt=\"Former nos gestionnaires gr\u00e2ce au Camp de culture\" width=\"334\" height=\"435\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We launched a <strong>Culture Camp<\/strong> to equip our managers with tools aligned to our newly redefined values and fundamentals. Through hands-on experiential labs spread over several weeks, our executive team and 45 clinic directors rediscovered the Team-X vision and explored practical levers for leadership, recognition, and psychological safety.<\/p>\n<p>These themes were all addressed with a common goal in mind: <strong>to become the best rehabilitation employer in Quebec\u2014through inspiring leadership that fosters team fulfillment and amplifies our health impact.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>A promising future for our Team-X<\/h2>\n<p>At PhysioExtra, we are building our future together.
