We recommend that you do them in <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">the hour before going to sleep and just after waking up<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Caution:<\/span> These exercises should be done slowly, without causing pain. The goal here is not to go as far as possible, but to stretch gently. We are looking for a slight stretching sensation.
