  • Workstation requirement assessment : A task analysis based on functional limitations, with recommendations developed in collaboration with employers, healthcare professionals, and rehabilitation advisors.
  • Temporary work assignment plan : Identification of compatible tasks based on the employee’s abilities, development of a gradual and adapted schedule, integration of assistive equipment or tools, assistance in finding a temporary assignment, and support for return-to-work processes.
  • Workplace accommodation : Assessment of current job requirements and other available roles, adaptation of working conditions to accommodate disabilities (illness, accident, or congenital conditions), proposal of temporary or permanent modifications to reduce physical and cognitive constraints, and training and support for a sustainable return to work.
