Physiothérapie des Pays-d’en-Haut has been serving the region for over 30 years. In the fall of 2025, the clinic chose to join the PhysioExtra Group to expand its range of services, while keeping the existing team in place, including physiotherapist Nathalie Couture. Patients will therefore continue to see the same familiar faces, with the same level of commitment and quality care.

Located in Sainte-Adèle on boulevard de Sainte-Adèle, the clinic is ideally situated across from the town hall and less than five minutes from the Sainte-Adèle Medical Clinic, providing convenient and centralized access for the local community.

Now known as PhysioExtra des Pays-d’en-Haut, the clinic offers comprehensive, high-quality rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, and much more. Our interdisciplinary team, available Monday through Friday, is dedicated to optimizing your physical health by providing care focused on prevention, rehabilitation, and pain management.
