My experience at PhysioExtra has been phenomenal, nay, exceptional. Michelle Weng has been very accommodating and professional while also making me feel comfortable and understood. If I need physio again, I will be sure to go back to PhysioExtra as well as Michelle.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my entire rehabilitation team, including my acupuncturist (Morgan), occupational therapist (Haytham), and physiotherapists (Carine and Camryn, and sometimes Michelle). They have all been incredibly supportive, professional, patient, and caring throughout my treatment and recovery.

They genuinely care about my progress. They have consistently encouraged me, listened to my concerns, and adapted my treatment as I improved. I have felt supported and respected throughout the entire process. I would also like to thank Naomi for always making sure that my therapy and work schedules did not conflict.

My entire six months weren’t easy, but you guys made the experience worthwhile. You made me feel like I was already part of the clinic. The badminton game was one of the best sessions of my therapy—so sad for Michelle, though. She just couldn’t win the comeback. 🤣

I’m sad that I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to some of the patients, but I’m hoping for their recovery as well. I miss the clinic already, but I don’t wanna be back. 😂

Physiotherapy – Carine Farah
I had a wonderful experience with Carine Farah. She is excellent, very professional, attentive, and patient. She genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being, takes the time to understand the problem, and explains the treatment clearly. I felt listened to and supported throughout my sessions, and I noticed a real improvement. I highly recommend Carine Farah to anyone looking for an excellent and professional physiotherapist. 😊

Occupational Therapy – Haytham Youznassi

A very positive experience with Haytham Youznassi in occupational therapy. He demonstrates great professionalism, patience, attentiveness, and kindness.
